Living in a home where storage was not forth coming Elfa work for all your needs and are inter changeable. Well worth the money as they have lasted a really long time.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the review and I'm very sorry to learn of this, unfortunately after searching through our emails inbox and spam I've been unable to locate any correspondence. It would be most unusual for our team not to have replied if they'd seen an email, we're a small team and will always strive to help. I'll raise this as a potential issue with our tech team but in the meantime can see that we dispatched your order on the 6th on an Express AM service, the couriers online tracking shows delivery was attempted on the 7th at 10:53am as per schedule. Sadly they must have missed anyone being home and so the tracking then shows 'advice to collect from local post office', the latest note shows collected on the 20th which is great.

not very good website states one thing but when you place order first email tells you we have your order second email states on back order and will be dispatched once received. however if it wasn't...

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we're very sorry for any confusion and disappointment caused. Unfortunately as our stock systems aren't currently completely 'live' meaning that the hours delay can enable a slightly earlier order from just pipping you at the post at times.
And after looking into it further, on this occasion it also seems that sadly the maker of the cabinet had abruptly stopped trading which resulted in some supply issues outside of our control and caused additional complications with updates. We are in the processes of updating this system software and will of course review what has happened here regarding the automated emails too in the hope that this situation can be avoided going forward.
