Thank you for your feedback, we apologise on the delay on deliveries we are still taking 10 business days for deliveries, we can only apologise about the fuel been wet when arrived we will log this as a complaint and yourself and explain about the wet fuel.

I ordered a range of different smokeless coal from Coals 2U and this was probably the best of the lot. It burnt the longest and hottest and left minimal ash. Will be purchasing again

Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order at a time when the order bank was at its fullest and had over exceeded the expectation for the time of the year due to the current climate at the time. Deliveries have been taking longer than the usual delivery schedule. I can see that you have now cancelled your order and had your full refund.
