Everything I ordered arrived in a very short time. My error I needed additional parts and received them in 3 days. My grandchildren love the zipline. I think I win Papa of the year now!
Fantastic! I am new to ziplines but I couldn’t be more pleased with their personal help in guiding me. I gad to call twice yo get help with setup and arid was very helpful.
