Hi Pablo- I am sorry this transaction did not meet your expectation. This is your 10th transaction with us back to 2022. You submitted Order 21856 on 01.11 and sent us a physical Starbucks card in the mail USPS First Class with a regular stamp. We received it on 01.21 and issued an eCheck payment on 01.23. You deposited the eCheck at your bank on 01.30 and it cleared our account on 02.02. Can you let us know how we could have improved this transaction? Thanks again.
