Youth & Earth 評論

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed on this occasion. We completely understand your frustration around V14 going out of stock, the demand was unexpectedly high, and despite our best efforts, we weren’t able to restock in time to meet everyone’s needs. We agree that consistency is key when it comes to supplements, and we’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide that for you this past month. Please rest assured we’re actively working to prevent this from happening again by improving our stock forecasting and prioritising subscribers like yourself. You would have received an email regarding this, that contains 2x 40% discounts for you to use on any next orders. As for the review request, it’s automatically sent after purchase, but we understand the timing wasn’t ideal, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your honest thoughts. If there’s anything we can do to make this right or support you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at enquiries@youthandearth.com. We truly value your feedback and hope we can restore your confidence in us. Best regards, Youth & Earth Team
