Hi Isaac, Thank you for your feedback and for giving V14 a try. We’re sorry to hear you experienced daytime sleepiness and brain fog, we understand how frustrating that must feel. Sometimes the timing of when V14 is taken can make a difference. Because it contains NMNH and other energising compounds, we usually recommend taking it earlier in the day (ideally in the morning, and not too close to bedtime). For some customers, taking it later can impact how their body responds, and may contribute to feelings of tiredness or sluggishness. If you’d like, we’d be very happy to go through this with you in more detail and suggest adjustments that may help.
