While V14 does contain NMNH (a next-generation NAD⁺ precursor similar to NMN but with higher bioavailability), it’s designed as a broad-spectrum longevity and wellness formula rather than a product that provides an immediate “boost”, so the effects may not necessarily manifest physically, but it doesn't mean that the product isn't working on the inside! Some of the benefits of V14, such as supporting cellular repair, reducing oxidative stress, and promoting healthy ageing, are subtle and may take longer to notice compared to standalone NMN. That said, everyone’s body responds differently, and for some, the effects are more gradual and less obvious day to day. If your primary goal is a clear and more direct increase in energy, you may prefer continuing with standalone NMN.
