Hi Maria, Thank you for your kind words, we’re really glad to hear you’ve been happy with our customer care team! We appreciate your patience during the past stock shortages; we’ve since improved our inventory management and restocking processes to help prevent this from happening again. It’s great to know everything’s now running smoothly for you. Thanks again for your continued support and for being part of the Youth & Earth community! Best regards, Youth & Earth Team

Hi Andrea, Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that our NMN product didn’t suit you. Some people may experience side effects such as headaches, which can sometimes happen if the body is intolerant or if NMN interacts with other supplements or medications. We also want to reassure you that all of your emails have been answered to promptly by our team, and we shared screenshots to show this. A refund has already been issued to you, so this matter is resolved on our side. We are committed to supporting our customers and always welcome further contact if there’s anything else we can do to help. Best wishes, Youth & Earth Team
