The slight mineral or metallic taste is characteristic of active hydrogen production. We could formulate a sweeter, more flavourful version, but that would require adding sugars or flavouring agents, which isn’t aligned with the product's functional purpose. A simple analogy: it’s a bit like sparkling mineral water versus a flavoured soft drink. One is designed for function and purity; the other for taste.
