Hi Charles,
Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you did not receive your order - we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Having looked into this, the tracking shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery twice and held the parcel at your local Customer Service Point for 18 days. During that time Royal Mail would have sent email notifications and left a physical card through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. Unfortunately as no collection or redelivery instructions were received within the holding period the parcel was returned to us.
We also want to mention that our customer support team is available seven days a week and we would have been happy to help resolve this much sooner had you reached out to us directly - it is always worth getting in touch with us if you have any concerns about a delivery so we can look into it straight away.
That said we completely understand that things can slip through and we would never want a customer to go without their order. We have already arranged a replacement for you which is on its way, so please do look out for the Royal Mail delivery notifications this time and do not hesitate to contact us at support@youthandearth.com if you have any further questions or concerns.
