Hi Christine, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed due to delays in our manufacturing process. The delays were caused by the rebranding and repackaging process which we are currently undergoing. However, we acknowledge that the delays were excessive at this time. We are expecting the inventory related issues to be resolved in early December. In the meantime, we have refunded your order.
