Hi John, Thanks for your review. Three weeks in is still pretty early for NMN - it is working away at a cellular level from day one but the outward effects tend to take a bit longer to show up. Most people start noticing something meaningful around weeks four to eight, whether that is better energy, sharper focus or just generally feeling more resilient. Some notice subtle things earlier - better sleep quality or slightly more stamina - without even connecting it to the NMN at first.
