Used Yellow Shield previously and had a similar experience on this occasion with fast order response, good price and reasonable delivery. Would recommend Yellow Shield from this aspect.

Further to my initial review and the offer and acceptance of a new replacement '240 litre Wheelie Bin', I can only consider the response to my concern from Yellow Shield as outstandingly good.

Hi! Thank you for leaving feedback, we really do appreciate it. To ensure continuity of supply we may alternate between manufacturers so this may explain the difference between to the 2 bins you have purchased from us. We do, however, ensure that all of our 240 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 (which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers) so this does not excuse the difference in quality. In light of the damage that has been sustained to the second bin, I will contact you directly to discuss this matter further. All the best.
