Hi Lizabeth,
We are so sorry for the delay on getting back to you and we are sorry your order has still not arrived. My colleague had confirmed she had contacted the courier and have made them aware of the postcode corrections and I had contacted Evri to follow up this issue straight away with your issue and unfortunately we have only just heard back from them (they tend to usually take 1-2 days to respond to our queries).
We are going to arrange for a replacement order to be sent out to you tomorrow and I will email you very shortly.
