I only have a problem that you don't use a well known parcel serrvice such as UPS, DHL or Hermes - they have pick up points all over town which for a working person is a very useful solution when not...
Excellent and very fast service, although the supposed gift wrapping was merely a single box for two night shirts for two different women. Given the very high prices, I would have expected more.

We apologise if it was unclear on the site that multiple items will be wrapped together in the same gift box, unless more than one box is ordered. We'll take a look to see if we can make this more clear and once again thank you for your feedback.
