Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate honest feedback from our customers. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced in contacting our Support Team. We’re currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails into the team, and this does mean it’s taking them longer than usual to respond to customer queries. This is something we are working to improve, but I can appreciate how frustrating it is when you’re trying to reach them. In terms of the initial rental being paid already I can see that your lease is with Mobilize, and their process is that they need to receive the initial rental payment before they will authorise delivery to customers. This is to ensure that customers are not put in a position that could cause them undue financial strain, such as having the initial rental and first regular monthly payment being due to closely to each other. I jut want to reassure you that the fact payment has been taken does not have any impact on our team’s responsiveness, as this is paid directly to your finance company and is a separate part of the journey to getting vehicle updates from the dealership. I’ve spoken to the team, and it appears that for the model you’ve ordered the alarms are fitted when the cars arrive at the UK port. This is not something we were aware of until the dealer advised us of this earlier today and as soon as we knew we passed the information onto you. We rely on dealers to provide us with accurate updates on a vehicle’s progress and I apologise that the alarm being fitted had not been clearly communicated to us so that we could let you know earlier in the process. We do always advise customers not to arrange the collection of any current lease vehicle until we have a confirmed delivery date, in case any unforeseen issues such as this crop up. I can see that we advised early June would be achievable for delivery, but this was an estimate based on the information we had at the time from the dealership which unfortunately wasn’t as accurate as we would hope for. It looks like you have arranged collection of your current lease directly with your funder as this doesn’t appear to be a lease supplied by Xcite Car Leasing and you should still be able to contact them to rearrange collection for once we have a clearer idea of delivery for your new car. I understand our team have already spoken to you about this and have offered to pay if there is a charge for aborting the collection so close to the date. If you would like to discuss this further it would be best to call our office. Our Support Team will continue to chase the dealership for updates on your new car’s progress, and we should be in a better position to advise you on when delivery can be arranged next week.

Hello, I'm sorry that you weren't fully informed of the lead time and potential changes to the delivery and for the inconvenience this has caused you and your family. I've spoken to the team and we can cover the £14 per day additional amount you will be charged for extending your current car. They are also getting an update on your new vehicle and will be in touch shortly to advise on the latest from the dealer, which will hopefully include when we can arrange delivery for you as well.
