We are very sorry that your order was not received in time for Father's Day. Our records show that our package was dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday, prior to Father's Day. Unfortunately our courier appears to have lost your package.
We take the service provided by our couriers very seriously and have since changed to Interlink Express, who not only provide all tracking information, but a delivery time slot. We hope that using Interlink Express, will tighten up our usually very good customer service, so that errors of this nature do not happen.
