Thankyou for your feedback. Firstly, please accept my apologies regarding the condition in which your yearbook was received in.
Here at the Post Office Shop, we do strive to deliver the best Customer Experience possible however due to the high value of the Year Book and that is contains stamps of a monetary value, we do require the item to be returned and a refund issued.
I appreciate this may be frustrating for you however, in light of your comments I have forwarded them onto our collectibles team and asked them to investigate ways of packing this and similar items to prevent further damages going forward.
