There was a slight delay in despatch of the product. More contact during this delay would have made me feel happier. Once item despatched your delivery company was good

Very happy with the service. The lamp arrived in good condition and in good time.
Good delivery & well-packaged. The fact that the courier operates 1 hour delivery slots is great - don't change to a poorer service which means having to wait in all day!
Excellent website with feedback on order progress and delivery. My LED wall light was not held in stock and had to be sourced from outside - it took 10 days to be delivered(incl weekends)
I ordered a Hakka chrome lantern. Arrived as stated and the product was excellent. I decided to order a second lantern to match. This arrived on time. Unfortunately there was a problem with one...
The initial service was good and delivery quite prompt but the goods were damaged and we have not received or had an update on the replacement promised 6 days ago
