Delivery time for first product was 3days, delivery time for second product (same thing) was one week and no communication!

Thank you for your feedback we do quote up to 7 days on the product page and the second item was delivered on day 7 although it was actually dispatched on the 5th day.
However we are always trying to improve the speed of delivery so we will continue to work on this.
