Great booking site but terrible at obtaining your confirmations and itinerary

The room was dirty, the air con was so old it hardly worked. The carpets were not clean and the bedside tables had dirt ground into them. The room smelled. The curtains were falling off the tracks....

They always have an excellent range of hotels with great deals, even if I have to make a booking very suddenly

Easy to navigate and make a booking

Easy to use with a great format. Trustworthy and excellent choices especially in smaller towns.

Nice motel with refurbished rooms, close to the city and airport. Will return.

Can't cancel my booking on line at all.

Website was great and easy to book, booking went through and had confirmation notifications straight away via email and message.
