Ease of ordering and rapid delivery

I love the rope outdoors mat. I’ve had them before and they do not go rotten in the wet weather. A bit expensive, but they do last.

Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your order it was placed at 4.06pm. Our next day service clearly states that it for orders ‘… placed on weekdays before noon.’ This is fixed by our courier collection time. Accordingly it was prioritised for packing and sent on a next day service the following day. It was delivered the next day and thus in line with our service. Obviously there does need to be a cut-off and whilst if a customer calls us we can sometimes stretch that by a few minutes it is not possible for orders that late. Please be assured that if you are good enough to order from us again and place it for a in stock item before midday, then it will be packed and delivered the next. I’m sorry you must have missed this condition, but glad that you liked your purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. I know Nicky has spoken to you this morning as this was the first we knew of any issue. The items were sent on 17/10 by first class RM so really should have been with you by now. As agreed we’ll wait a few days in case the flooding around your area has delayed things and if they don’t arrive early next week will send them again. Stock has been reserved for you. I am also investigating the your despatch email doesn’t appear to have been sent. This may have been a technical error and is obviously unfortunate in the circumstances. We apologise for the inconvenience and please be assured we will continue to investigate. Thank you again for your feedback.
