Thanks for the feedback - this product is designed for ordinary hosepipes and as you say, provided it is wedged firmly in the ground with the long spike works just fine. We'll keep any eye out for something more 'industrial' though as we know about oil deliverymen running pipes through the flower beds. Again thanks for the useful feedback. Stuart

Brilliant customer service - always the true test of a company! I had a complaint about a faulty product. It has been resolved within a hour with a 'no quibble' approach. It's a shame that my cynicism caused by endless other challenging 'customer service' examples clouded my view of receiving a positive response from this organisation. Thank you.

Keeping these Waterproof cushions clean should not be a problem with a little tlc. There are instructions and a little video on how to do it at http://www.worm.co.uk/pages/gloster-furniture-care-and-maintenance - the cushion video is towards the bottom. Any problems just let us know. Glad that we're starting to have a summer so you can enjoy the furniture. Stuart
