Many thanks for the feedback on the P&P charge. This is always a difficult but important one for us to balance as couriers charge on size as well as weight these days, and we have do have some large, but light items in our range and thus offering a lightweight based delivery charge is difficult and thus we have to make a charge that covers the majority of order scenarios. We over a flat rate across the UK for standard delivery that is for unlimited no.s of items. Therefore we do suggest to customers, who feel our charge is excessive, that they consider adding to the order perhaps for a future present requirement or combining it with a friend's order. We also offer a free gift card worth £1.95 with every order and are happy to leave this blank if you don't want it for this gift. Overall we make a slight loss on our delivery charges and we know that some companies build it in to their retail pricing to offer 'free' delivery which we prefer not to do. We are always reviewing our P&P options which have remained the same now for nearly 3 years despite rises in fuel and therefore carrier charges over that time.
