No problem here and when I needed the size changed the girl in the office made it a very quick and easy change.

I apologise that you received a faulty pair of jeans. I can see on the system that you were sent a replacement pair which I hope you are much happier with.

I apologise that you received the incorrect size twice. An investigation is raised when a customer receives the incorrect item and the error is corrected. There must have been an oversight in this particular case.
