When I received my last purchase, the item stunk of aftershave and had obviously been worn! The item had obviously been returned previously and not checked. I did receive a refund but no apology.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that you received a product from us in this state. As per our phone conversation, I assure you this is extremely rare as the items are checked at despatch and when being returned also but unfortunately this must have been missed.
