Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into the tracking on your order. The delivery service for your parcel was Standard deliver 3-5 days. I can see that you placed your order after the cut off time on Friday 25th and delivery was attempted on Wednesday 30th. This is still within the 3-5 days time frame. The tracking on the Royal Mail website states that the parcel has been collected by the recipient.
