Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and can see that DPD attempted deliver twice within 3 days after the order was despatched. A request was made by yourself to be left in a pick up shop where is was there awaiting collection for 26 days. It was sent back to the shop for collection again for 16 days. Due to the length of time DPD then collected the parcel to return to ourselves and a refund was issued. I have been unable to find an email or a record of contact from yourself regarding this.
