Was a replacement for a size that was too small. Delivered hassle free via an excellent return/ replacement service that was so easy to use. Other companies could learn a lot from woodhouse.
Bad, it was dirty, and damp, and the zip does not work properly, ha dot wash it twice,,it’s definitely the worst thing I’ve brought form the internet,,my partner and I spend a lot of money on clothes...

Ordered belstaff jacket but size large was a bit tight for size. Returned and ordered so. Both items arrived next day delivery and refund was credited very quickly.
