I am very sorry that you were not happy with the service provided, however your parcel was delivered within the specified time frame. You placed your order on a Saturday when our offices and warehouse are closed and selected standard delivery. Therefore the latest you would have received your order was the following Thursday. I can see from the tracking information that the parcel was delivered on Wednesday. Delivery information and time frames can be found on the website.
