I am very sorry that you did not receive your order on time, this is not the service we expect for our customers. Your parcel was shipped on time and arrived at the couriers hub on time for next day delivery. Unfortunately there has been some sort of delay with the courier getting the parcel to your local depot.
I have issued a refund for your next day delivery charges for the delay and inconvenience caused.
