Poor service

Ordered a sample 9th December, telephoned 16th December to ask when I can expect it and 30th Dec er still not arrived. Don't think I will be buying from this company.

We are sorry that the sample did not arrive. A small percentage of our samples have been severely delayed due to the Royal Mail Postal strikes. All our flooring orders are sent by courier and are not affected by this.
