Used item sold as new!

Quick delivery however upon opening the packaging it was obvious the flooring was either ex display or a return as the packaging had been cut open and the laminate boards all had greasy finger prints...

I'm sorry to hear that you have received what appears to be a returned box.

We only accept sealed boxes as returns, and it sounds like one of our customers has managed to return a resealed pack without our knowledge. We can of course replace this for you. Please just contact our customer service team.
