I am sorry that you were not pleased with the product overall. With all real wood floors, natural variations in colour are not uncommon. This is something that is unavoidable when buying any type of natural flooring in stone or wood, especially in more rustic grades. We do explain this on our website and we also recommend buying a little extra for waste, so if you do receive some planks that you are not pleased with, there is enough product to complete your installation.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience at Wood Floor Warehouse. All of our products are insured against courier damage, but like any company using couriers to deliver goods, we must ask that they are checked on delivery (or within 24hrs). It was stated that you had 2 completely damaged packs, but no evidence was ever provided to us of this, and the goods were not signed for as damaged. We were only notified 2 weeks after you had received the goods. With our any proof of damage, unfortunately, we cannot issues refunds or replacements.
