Hi Jane thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that some of your items arrived damaged or late. Although this is our of our own control, we package all our goods with extra protective packaging but unfortunately, the couriers can still mishandle them in rare occasions (less than 0.5% of deliveries). However, all our goods are insured against this for you so that we can replace or refund anything that is damaged, provided it is reported to us within 24hrs. I am also glad to hear that the beading arrived the next day. During Covid-19, we have noticed that couriers are extremely busy, so a small amount of the delivery times are not being met as expected. I do hope now that everything is resolved, that you are enjoying your new flooring.
