Delivery was 3 days late after taking time of work. Then flooring was left uncovered in rain and damaged.

I'm very sorry for the poor service from the courier company who had lost your order and then delivered it without prior notification, something which was strictly against our instruction. I am very sorry that this has happened. While it was the couriers at fault, we did of course take immediate action and full responsibility to rectify this.
