William, we test grow a lot of varieties and what we offer are the very best we've ever come across. Caleb

Rose Finn Apple Fingerling has a pink skin and a golden flesh. It is a 200 year-old variety. The only potato we grow and offer with a pink flesh is Adirondack Red, a fairly new release from Cornell. Caleb
