Dear Mr Price, we are deeply sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with the delivery of your new sofa. We have spoken to Leekes regarding this issue and are in the process of resolving this matter for you. Whilst the sofa would have left our warehouse in perfect condition following a quality inspection, it would appear that the damage may have occurred during transit from Leekes to yourself.
