The service at my local Wok in a Box is always exceptional. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

They appear to prioritize Uber eats customers at the expense of walk in customers.

The ratio of rice in my Sweet and Sour Pirk as well as my Mongolian Beefwas to high. Not enough meat and veg.

I didn’t have my WOK card but the worker helped me get up my wok account using my phone to log in:) he was very friendly and helpful

The service was quick and friendly but the noodles were too salty and the squid and prawns went threw the bag because of the moisture from the heat so the packaging was a good standard.
