Hi, Thanks for your feedback. You are correct - we essentially act as a bit of a Go Compare for wines, linking users like yourself to our partners where you can then pruchase the wine. We don't handle the orders or anything like that, simply pass you on to where you can find the best prices!

We try to keep things as up to date as possible but things do fall through the cracks, especially when stock is lower around the Christmas period - Still, I'm pleased to hear that you got your Champagne! As for promotional emails, you can change your email preferences by clicking a link at the very bottom of the email to reduce the number we send per week. You can also select which of our partners you are not interested in hearing about. Hope that helps, David
