Tessa, Apologies. We have refunded the Gift Wrapping charge. Megan the Rag Doll is a tricky one to wrap. We usually do a lot better when they come in a box. Any time you are unhappy, let us know. We will fix it. Best Wishes, Michael O'Shea Director
