Hi, I’m sorry this caused concern. The item you ordered was part of a subscription collection, with full details of the automatic subscription provided at the time of purchase and again in the order confirmation. Any further payment relates to the next item in that collection and isn’t taken without prior notice.
This isn’t inertia selling, as the subscription information is clearly provided upfront and can be cancelled at any time. I’m sorry this wasn’t as clear and has affected your experience.
