During the ordering process we try and make our products as realistic as possible, supplying images and detailing the full specifications of the item, which includes the diameter of the product, if relevant.
We do operate a 30 day returns policy, which during these times appreciate some returns may not be received within this time span owing to isolation requirements etc, so we are happy to extend this for anyone requiring a little longer.
