Post and packing is far too expensive, too much packaging used, waiting time far too long in some cases. Orders are taken for items they clearly don't have.
The process after selecting a coin or coins is easy to follow and payment only taken when the coin is despatched. Communication is excellent during the process as well

When ordering The Memories of Victory Gold-Plated Coin via your online account, it would have stated that by ordering this you will then be sent further coins within the Memories of Victory Coin Collection, which you had no obligation to continue with and can cancel at any point. We also reiterate this information within the literature enclosed with your delivery.
I can see you collection has now been cancelled, and when possible (we understand the isolation guidelines) return the item back to us using the Freepost returns address and instructions on the reverse of the invoice.
Should you wish to order again, and see that the item lead onto a collection, you can complete your order and immediately email us to opt out, or await your delivery and opt out via your online account under the Help section.
