Hi there, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect item, appears a picking error has taken place, please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight.
To ensure we can rectify this for you I have arranged for the correct coin to be sent to you today. We would normally request that this is returned prior to offering a replacement, but under the current circumstances I feel we should rectify this for you at minimal disruption.
If I could kindly ask, that when convenient that you return the incorrect item to us using the Freepost returns details provided on the reverse of the invoice and follow the instructions.

my 10p set was amazing. items deliverd with out any problems. customer servive was excellent. i brought a lot of coins due to the easter deal! NO P&P willing to buy more if that deal occues again
Nice looking pieces. Service/delivery was very quick and I was upsold an appropriate item at the time.
