However, I note that your comments appear to be relating to an order place for the 2018 UK RAF Spitfire CERTIFIED BU £2, which has now sold out unfortunately. We are sorry to disappoint you on this occasion, but from time to time we do completely sell out of items and are unable to source them from our suppliers.

I am sorry you feel our deliveries take too long, we do accept orders for pre-order items and also for any items that whilst we may not have stock, are expecting stock shortly. We do state the delivery expectations on the product page whilst processing your online orders, or advise verbally if these are placed over the phone. If there is a further delay, we do generate delay letters every 10, 20 and 28 days to keep you updated.
In regards to mailings, you can update your mailing preferences via your online account under our Help section, alternatively you can send us an email with your request and we will be happy to carry this out for you.
