Ordered 2 items on the same day as presents sent out on different days and took forever to arrive it would’ve been 1 star but gave 2 due to the pandemic.

Thank you for the reply, I understand that some mail is taking a lot longer but every letter or parcel I have sent during the pandemic hasn’t taken aslong and I can’t understand why if I ordered 2 items at the same time they came on different days, however due to the positive reply I will be changing my star rating.
