I am so sorry to hear that we have caused your son disappointment in not receiving your complete order.
I have looked into this matter further and note at the point of order we did not have any stock available of the Wallace and Gromit 50p Coin, so I am sorry if this was not indicated during the ordering process. To ensure there is no bug in the system I have reported this to our IT team who will investigate this further.
