After 10 working days of my order being dispatched I queried it and got a reply saying if I haven't received it after 10 working days I should get in touch. Absolutely ridiculous.

We do expect deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days, but it can sometimes exceed this time frame and we are required to allow 10 working days for completion prior to chasing the delivery company.

Hi there, I am sorry you feel I have not understood your feedback. We are required to allow a suitable time for deliveries to be completed by third parties. Most state to allow 28 working days for completion, but we feel that 10 days is more than a suitable time for us to allow before we investigate.
I can assure you that no responses to our survey feedback is automated, and apologise if my original response sounded robotic.
