I had inadvertently ordered 3 Hylaeosarus plus won one at 50p. The official kindly sorted that all out with relevant credits and refunds leaving me with only 2 coins that I required

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the way we advertise our products. We do provide up to date despatch information during your ordering process to ensure customers are aware of the expected despatch date. We do of course, from time to time, also offer you the opportunity to pre-order items but again the details are stated in relation to the expected despatch dates.
